After stepping back from the café, I chose to rebuild my work in a way that supports both business and wellbeing. Today, I continue wholesale baking in a limited, intentional way while creating digital resources for bakery and café owners who want to build something meaningful without losing themselves in the process.

Dessert First Academy was created to share the lessons I learnt through real experience. The challenges, the pressures, the growth, and the clarity that came from slowing down.
